SUGGESTION: CLOSE CP APPS

jesus christ we are overflowing with croots that havent been promoted, close the damn applications until we have room for more recruits

It is true, we do have a good number of units on the server, it is possible we might be closing applications after a few days. One thing though, we have almost no units in Divisions and the only two DvLs that are ever online are the RAZOR (me) and GRID (Scrimrot). We need a HELIX and a APEX DvL, we'll deal with this first, then the croot overflow, but all croots that have access to the MPF thread need to make a manifest in order to be promoted.

I can be the HELIX DvL as I completed training and awaiting division.

Divisional Units are not decided about training. It's about experience. For instance, Darko has alot of experience, but scrimrot does not.

Ranks are not a milestone to becoming a better unit, It's how well you know your stuff.
